Nash Joseph Fayad is the Founder and President of Fayad Law, P.C. He was
born on June 2, 1966 in Lebanon, the oldest of three children. In 1998,
Mr. Fayad immigrated to the United States. In 2006, Mr. Fayad was sworn
in as a proud United States citizen. In 2004, Nash Fayad founded Fayad
Law, P.C., a full service Immigration Law firm dedicated to the protection
of the rights of immigrants, and to advancing the cause of human rights
and the rights of all persons coming to America seeking freedom from persecution
and greater opportunities for themselves and their families.
Jonathan R. White received his Juris Doctorate degree from Regent University
in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2013 and is licensed to practice law in
the Commonwealth of Virginia. Before starting as an associate with Fayad
Law, P.C. he worked for more than two years in a small community general
practice in Petersburg, Virginia as a rotating court-appointed attorney
for indigent clients facing serious criminal charges in the Southside/Tri-cities region.
Claudia Porras graduated Cum Laude from Eastern Kentucky University on
a full tennis scholarship, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political
Science and a minor in History. While at Eastern Kentucky University,
she was awarded the Outstanding Senior Award in Political Science and
was selected as the Ohio Valley Conference Student-Athlete of the Year
for her outstanding performance as a student and her winning contributions
to the tennis team. She was a member of the Phi Sigma Alpha and Phi Alpha
Theta Honor societies. While in college, she also clerked for former United
States Senator Paula Hawkins.
