Jonathan R. White, ESQ.
Jonathan R. White received his Juris Doctorate degree from Regent University
in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2013 and is licensed to practice law in
the Commonwealth of Virginia. Before starting as an associate with Fayad
Law, P.C. he worked for more than two years in a small community general
practice in Petersburg, Virginia as a rotating court-appointed attorney
for indigent clients facing serious criminal charges in the Southside/Tri-cities
region. In addition to dozens of felony and misdemeanor cases, he has
also personally handled some select civil matters in Virginia state courts.
In 2016 he was appointed by the Hon. Chief Circuit Court Judge W. Allan
Sharratt to serve as Institutional Attorney at Sussex 1 Prison in Waverly,
Virginia (Virginia’s Death Row) where he assisted inmates with their
appeals. While in law school, Jonathan was a competing member of the student-led
Alternative Dispute Resolution & Negotiations team and held summer
law clerkships at the Office of the Governor of Virginia and the Arlington
County and Norfolk City Attorneys’ Offices.
